Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner;
  • Provide detailed information and assistance regarding products or services;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to effectively assist customers;
  • Provide information regarding payments;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer support process.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken);
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
  • Previous experience in a customer support or customer service role is needed;
  • Willingness to work on shifts;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently;
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
