Key responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role within engineering or R&D environments;
• Understanding of Windows ОS (Windows 7, Windows 10);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Apps – MS Office, O365, Outlook, Teams;
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, communication, and documentation;
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach.
