About the role:
Employify, a brand-new recruitment agency, is excited to partner with a dynamic, fast-growing company looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent with English (night shifts) to join their team. If you have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for helping customers, this role could be perfect for you!

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve their queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience (via phone, email, and live chat). You will be working in a supportive and collaborative environment where problem-solving and customer satisfaction are the top priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner;
• Provide detailed information and assistance regarding products or services;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to effectively assist customers;
• Provide information regarding payments;
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer support process.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Previous experience in a customer support or customer service role is needed;
• Willingness to work night shifts;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently;
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
